The regular Play Points weekly prize is for Silver level or above and resets Friday. Play Pass weekly bonuses and boosters are separate Thursday benefits for eligible subscribers and family members. Thursday and Friday refer to different benefits, so seeing one does not confirm that the other is missing.

Regular weekly prize: Silver and above
Open Google Play > Profile > Play Points > Perks. The regular weekly prize starts at Silver under the current US level rules and resets on Friday in the Play country. (Google’s official guidance)

Play Pass Thursday benefit is separate
Eligible Play Pass subscribers and eligible family members can receive a weekly Play Points bonus or booster that refreshes Thursday. It is not the same as the regular Friday prize.
An unclaimed Play Pass benefit can be replaced by the next week's benefit, so use the date shown in the Play Pass screen.
How to interpret Super Weekly
Google’s US level table lists Super Weekly Prize for Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Check Perks for the prizes available to your account, including eligibility, stock and the claim window.
Do not infer eligibility from a Korean, Taiwan or Japanese screenshot. Feature rollout and prize stock can be account-specific.
Troubleshooting the correct benefit
For the Friday prize, check level and the Perks tab. For the Thursday benefit, check Play Pass subscription and family eligibility. For Super Weekly, check the exact card displayed in the account.
Points history confirms a credited reward more reliably than reopening an animation.
For example, if you claimed a Play Pass benefit on Thursday and see another card on Friday, the two cards are not necessarily duplicates. Read their names before comparing the rewards. Conversely, a missing Friday card is not explained simply by having claimed Thursday’s benefit.
If the expected card is absent, first confirm the signed-in account and benefit type, then check the claim history. A recorded claim and an unrecorded claim lead to different questions: whether the reward was credited, or whether you were eligible to claim it. Keep the relevant date and screen details for support; repeated purchases are not a useful way to test reward eligibility.
When keeping a weekly record, use the points actually credited in Points history. If the reward is a voucher or another prize, record its name as a prize instead of treating its face value as earned points. This keeps your reward diary useful when comparing weeks with different types of benefits.
