How it differs from the regular weekly prize

The names are similar, but they are separate benefits. Google's regular weekly prize starts at Silver. The Super Weekly Prize promotion lists Gold, Platinum and Diamond and may add account-specific eligibility. Play Pass weekly bonuses are another program that refreshes on Thursday in supported regions.

Before troubleshooting, identify which screen you expected: the regular weekly prize, the Super Weekly Prize, or a Play Pass weekly bonus.

Eligibility, timing and limited stock

When the promotion is available, Google says new prizes become available after 12:00 a.m. local time on Friday. Prize sets can differ by level, and quantities can run out.

A qualifying level alone does not prove that the promotion is active for every country or account. Read the card shown in Google Play for the current eligibility, remaining stock and terms.

• Gold, Platinum and Diamond are the levels listed on the promotion.
• Additional requirements may be displayed for an individual account.
• Prize quantities are limited and some rewards are rarer than others.
• Past hardware, gift card and points examples describe the format, not this week's inventory.

For purchase planning, treat the reward as an uncertain benefit rather than adding a fixed prize value to the level.

How to claim it without mixing up accounts

1. Open Google Play with the account enrolled in Play Points.
2. Confirm the current level and Play country.
3. Open Play Points and the Perks area after the local Friday refresh.
4. Read the displayed eligibility, prize stock and additional terms.
5. Claim the reward, then use Points history if you are unsure whether it completed.

With several Google accounts, check the account icon before comparing the level and reward screen. A level on one account does not unlock a card on another.

Super Tickets: eligibility, deadlines and replacement

Google's US level help publishes these Super Ticket rules. Ticket availability is limited to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

• Platinum and Diamond members receive one ticket each Tuesday. Play Pass subscribers at Gold, Platinum or Diamond receive an additional ticket each Thursday.
• Save a ticket within 48 hours after it becomes available; an unsaved ticket disappears.
• A saved ticket expires on the first Thursday after eight weeks from when it became available, not from the day you saved it.
• Choosing Try again gives up the first prize. The replacement can be lower or higher; choose Keep prize to retain a useful first prize.
