Use an eligible Google Play transaction on your US Play account. Enter the amount excluding tax and promotional Play-credit payments when known. Spending currency already owned in the game is not a new payment. Subscription renewals normally use your base level rate; first-time and selected-subscription bonuses have their own conditions in Google Play.
